hi,    Smoothing/patterning with paper towels should also be included. I count that as one of the most valuable tips I ever picked up on.    It would also be great to have some sort of standard chart for flavor mixing. Like what and how much to add to get certain flavors. I wonder if there is already one out there somewhere on the web. I've never thought to look but I'd love to have a chart like that.  

Has anyone been able to purchase a ticket? I have tried several times, and it tells me the item I want to purchase is no longer for sale :(  I have a room, but no ticket yet. Help!
