Whoooooo hooooooo!! Surgery tomorrow!!! It is real, yes it's real!
Well, after months of research, whining, waiting and meeting requirements thru testing: TOMORROW is the day
I survived the dreaded liquid two week diet and after 13 days of it, down almost 14 pounds!! I am looking forward to weighing tomorrow morning to get a grand total on 14 full days Drank the mag citrate at noon, nasty stuff but it was drinkable!! By this time tomorrow sx will be done or very close to done!!!( I am his 4 th and final case of day) Meet you on the loser's bench!!!! Many thanks for all the support from the wonderful people on this site!!!!!! Blessed to have found my way on here

Surgery weight: 232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height: 5'5" Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

Good luck, I'm 4 days post op and getting lots of rest at home. I'd say the worst part for me so far was my reaction to the pain pump meds (itching like crazy head to toe) combine that with my legs already itching from the leggings they keep on your legs I wanted to cry. But two anti itch meds alternated back and forth helped. That being said I've had a fairly easy recovery, hope you do as well.
