Did you check the V8 website?  I don't have a recipe but I have heard of using it as broth in a vegetable soup.

I did check the V8 website, nothing. I was hoping to make a cream of tomato soup that I can have instead of buy the can which is high in sugar. V8 sounded like it would spice it up nicely.

I bet if you sent Nik a PM she could tell you how to do it.

I use the low sodium V8 in my chili and add it to soup.  My soup is a combination of small chunks or shredded chicken or beef, veggies, etc.  I add whatever we like to eat in a soup and it comes out thick and hearty.

Here's a recipe for some V8 tomato soup with nutritional values:

Quite a few recipes popped up when I googled V8 tomato soup recipes.

I also use V8 juice as the base for my chili, stews and veggie soups. Gives it a kick that plain broths or tomatoe juice can't.

Jumping in late, but I heat my V8 up in the microwave, as is, and drink it like soup.  Really good in the winter.
