No Sugar Added vs Sugar Free Popsicles

Oh man I feel like I just blew it!  I had surgery on the 11th.  I've been doing everything by the book.  Then tonight I was hot and tired and a few friends stopped by to visit.  After their visit they said they were going to the store and asked if they could bring back something.  I said sure, can you please pick me up some Sugar Free Popsicles the smallest box you can find, gave them a few bucks and off they went.

On their way home, I was outside so they gave me my bag of popsicles and I went in and  put them in the freezer.  Later, I got one out, took it out of the wrapper and loved every bit of it..

Now I must went to take the trash out and I looked at the carton again to see what I had because it was soooo good and realized it was NO SUGAR ADDED...

These are popsicles, did I do too much damage....  NO MILK product in them at all so I am at a loss on the no sugar added vs sugar free part?

Any thoughts?
What was in the popsicle that contains sugar naturally?  Fruit or fruit juice?

How would you do damage by eating a no sugar added popsicle? What do you think you might have damaged?

Kelly, I know this sounds stupid but I thought I might had damaged the healing edges because I am only one week out...  I want to follow my doctor's plan as closely as I can and the way I was reading the notes my doctor gave me, the no sugar added could do damage and that is all that was said.  Maybe a scare factor?  At least I felt nothing in anyway shape or form after not even for an hour.
I'm not saying your doc is wrong.  I don't see how the natural sugar in fruit or milk could damage anything though.  Some people will dump on it, but most don't.  But dumping isn't really damaging, it's just unpleasant.

NSA means it contains natural sugars. If there was no milk then they most likely had fruit or fruit juice in them.

It's okay.  Don't get too hung up on it.  Check the sugar grams on the label, and if it's only a few, then these are probably okay to eat.  If you don't dump on them, and they are very low in calories, I say keep eating them.  However, the sugar-free are better, and they do have fewer calories.  There will come a time when you will be counting calories more closely than you have to now when the weight is just falling off.

Thanks everyone for the answers...  I can't believe I got so scared.  I will watch next time for SUGAR FREE and if I need to take things back.  I will not let my tiredness get in the way of my eating correctly....
I did the same exact thing.  I didn't realize that they were no sugar added...it was until I was breaking down boxes to take to the recycle bin.  UM OMG   I had already eaten half the box no not all at one time it was over a 2 week span.  I felt so bad like I did something wrong.  I realized I didn't get sick after eating the Popsicle's.  The next trip to the grocery store we looked for SF.  I did notice a little difference in taste but not bad.  Lesson learned...

I snack on no sugar added edy's fruit popsicles.   They are only 25 cal so I'm pretty sure they are less than the 5 gm of sugar max.  They taste good and nip the sweet craving.
