Well as you can see I haven't lost much myself. But as I figure it every little bit helps, so you have only lost 4lbs. Hey the way I look at it is that's 40lbs of weight taken off your knees
(my PA told me that for every lb we lose it takes 10lbs of pressure off the knees) I know it's hard to do all this and think that we might not get approved but at least by going on a dr monitored diet we know we are doing it the right way. Slow loss is more likely to become permanent.
