Which probiotics do you take/work for you?  And where can I purchase them online (preferably)?  I asked my surgeon but he looked at me like I was crazy and said he didn't have a suggestion.

I get the Vitamin Shoppe brand. They seem fine to me, they're chewable, they don't have an awful (to me) taste, and you can order them online if you prefer.

I prefer to get my probiotics from eating yogurt.  I just look for brands that have live, active cultures.

 I take Culturelle.  It has 10 billion live cells per pill (upon manufacture).  You really don't want to take anything with less than 5 or 10 billion.  The amount of probiotic cells decrease significantly daily so if you take something with only one or two billion you really aren't making a difference.
