I went to the appt and the psych doc stated that she believes I am "determined" and she will send her approval asap to the doc's office.

Yayayayaya  I know it is a bit scary knowing that you need their approval for the proceedure. I know I was so nervous about that part as well.  I didn't think I was nuts but didn't want them to say I was lol
