Well I am 4 months and 1 week post op and I was finally able to really work out today. Due to all my complications and 3 surgeries in the past 4 months I wasn't able to work out. I did do a little walking from time to time but today I was actually able to break a sweat!!! It felt good! I am still super tired and have a hard time having enough energy to do anything after work. But today I made myself work out and I am proud of myself!

Great!!! I am going to go to the gym with Hubby tonight. My first time going since surgery. I'm 5 weeks out.
