weight loss is slowing up....

Im 8 weeks out and I have noticed that my weight is taking 3-5 days to change. It is making me really discouraged and starting to feel like im doing something wrong.

I am sticking to the diet and exercise 5 times a week for 40 min.

Is this typical or not?

Yes, it's typical.  You won't lose weight every day.  Sometimes you will go for a week or even a month without losing anything.

You may want to try weighing yourself once a week instead of daily. You'll be able to see the overall weekly change without sweating the days of no scale movement.

That's so normal and you may go for a week or more without the scale moving.... At least that happened to me many times. The good news is that many times your body is shifting and changing. I was in a size 14 and didn't lose any weight for almost 3 wks pretty early on and suddenly I was in a smaller size. It's almost like your body is catching up.

Remember everyone's experience is a little different while being alike too. Lol. I hated when everyone says just don't go on the scale daily. Hahahaha. Like that's possible when your so obsessed in the beginning. Just know life normals out and you'll realize you didn't even think about the scale. Hahahaha.
