protein/fat/carb ratios in maintenance?
The only thing I count (and have ever counted since surgery) is protein. I only know the ratio because I track a couple of days of food intake a couple of times a year just to see where I stand (and the tracker gives me the ratio), so I see nothing "awful" at all about not paying any attention. Since I have been eating a lot of the same foods week after week after week for the past 5 years, most days I don't even actively count the protein.
