My current diet consist on 3 meals usually lean protien and veggies and two snacks. I will admit once a month I may do a little cheating for 2-3 days . I have only been doing some light walking and strengh training. I have severe arthritis so it prohibits lots of exercise. A am very strict with my vitamin intake, but I probably need more water.
Keep on keeping on. Everyone slows down at the end. then you are going to be in maintainance and you will just keep on keeping on again. No reason to be in a rush, you have the rest of your life to do this, it isn't a diet you are going to go off of when you get to goal. You are going to keep on keeping on.

I notice your BMI is currently 25.7. I was told at the my clinic that not everybody gets to a normal BMI of 25. They consider bmi of 27 normal weight....... Of couse, I say bull **** I am almost 10 months out and at a BMI of 25 and wanting to lose 14 more lbs. I am losing about 2 lbs a month and have been at about 2 lbs a month since 5 months out. I am just going to keep on keeping on. I really wanted to be at goal at 1 year out (BMI of 23). That may not happen so hopefully at 18 months I will be at goal... Good luck.
