has anyone done these videos? how long post op before you can start them? did anyone try doing them pre op? I'm 5'2 201 lbs and dont think i can do the whole video, actually i KNOW i cant do the whole video but i'm trying to get down to 191 pre op and feel like i should be doing something. dieting is NOT dropping ANY weight for me and i was already told that if i dont show SOME weight loss before surgery they wont do it. HELP PLEASE

 I do them.  I'm pretty far out though.

The great thing about videos is that you can do what you can do and just move through the parts you cannot physically do.

 I have all of her videos. I haven't had sugery yet but im 5'4 and 262. I can do them. You may need to take a breck after each round. You will work up to it
