Progress Update 12 Weeks

Hello everyone!  This past Wedensday was my 12 week mark after RNY.  It has been a very crazy period with the death of my 14.5 year old dog, 81 year old father, trip to NYC, trip to South Dakota, and two surgeries.   I have absolutely no regrets over getting this surgery though and even though there was all this other drama, it has been a relatively easy time.

This is from the ICU the day after surgery when they had me pumped full of sugar water.  Not very pretty. 

 

June 19th at my fathers viewing, just over 1 month after surgery.
 

 

 

Today, August 10th, 12 weeks and 2 days out from surgery and 60 pounds from day of surgery lost, 103 from December 1, 2011.
