carbs

My question is, how many carbs you consume  a day??  i have very little carbs, i find there is no room for me for carbs  since i eat a lot of protein  and i am full  I worry about that, because even 3 month after and I swim daily  I feel very very tired.  Mabey I don't have enough carbs??
anybody knows??
At 3 months I was still consuming mostly protein.

At 3 months, I had very few carbs.

At 3+ years, I have approx 1,800 calories per day, 120 grams of protein and about the same in carbs.

Thank you so much  , so I don't have to worry  I eat a lot of protein  but not 120 gr  I can't eat that much... I make it a day with 60 gr
lost 60 pounds so far and I am proud of myself

thank you so much and have a very nice day
My guidelines from my surgeon are no more than 20 grams per meal tops....for a total of no more than 60 grams a day.  I'm not allowed to "bank" them for more than 20 at any one time. I am required a minimum of 10 per meal.

Wow. That may be the healthiest approach to meal guidelines I've seen yet.

Kudos to your surgery practice! These people who blindly prescribe "no more than 5g carbs per meal" to their patients make me mad. Hell, a glass of milk alone is 12g of carbs!

What should you eat for dinner tonight? How do you make a good protein shake? And just exactly what IS quinoa? The answers to all this and more can be found at Bariatric Foodie!

I would be more concerned about getting your protein up than your carbs.  I need over 120g a day to keep my levels up.  If you don't have any energy, what is your D3 level, Iron, B12?  those can all effect your energy.

D3 b12 Iron  all levels are normal and fine....
What is your D3?  we should be between 80-100 which is much higher than "normal"
What is your protein?  60 is low for as much exercise as you are getting.  Sounds like you are getting it from food, not suppliments (from you saying how full you are)  You may need to suppliment.
