Carbmaster nonfat milk by Kroger?!
What do they do to milk to take out so much of the lactose? Is it all milk, or do they water it down or something?
I'm not a doctor and do not play one on TV, blah blah blah. I've done a lot of research on vitamins and stuff and am happy to share my research with you. Please don't consider it medical advice and don't bother trying to sue me for giving you medical advice. I am pretty much judgment-proof. Check out my blog.
I haven't tried their milk, but eat their yogurt. Also Kroger has a lite Greek yogurt with 18 gm of protein, in 4 flavors (vanilla, strawberry, peach and blueberry). In my area, it's 80 cents each, so much cheaper than brand names. The Carbmaster has 8 gms protein and is 40 cents each with a lot of flavors.
