What do they do to milk to take out so much of the lactose? Is it all milk, or do they water it down or something?

I haven't tried their milk, but eat their yogurt. Also Kroger has a lite Greek yogurt with 18 gm of protein, in 4 flavors (vanilla, strawberry, peach and blueberry). In my area, it's 80 cents each, so much cheaper than brand names. The Carbmaster has 8 gms protein and is 40 cents each with a lot of flavors.
