My 1 year Anniversary

Hi everyone!  My 1 year anniversary was on the 16th.  Wow what a year.  Lots of ups and downs, but mostly ups!  I finally added lifting back into my workout routine big time and am happy with the results.  I have absolutely NO regrets about my choice for surgery.

Wow, gotta say, I can relate more to the posted photos showing less muscle and more sag.  Congrats and wishing you even more ups your second year.
