My name is Terri and my screen name is pensgurl - because I'm a big Penguins hockey fan!  I live in Wilkes Barre, where we have the AHL Penguins Team and I get to see a lot of the guys here before they go to the big Pens team. 

I need to get my mind out of the gutter.  When I looked at your post I swore the last sentence said big Penis.

My name is Heidi and my screen name is an shortened version of my married name. Mrs. Litchfield but my hubby was always called "Litch" by his jock friends. :) I've used this name online for yearssssssss on other sites and even AOL way back when.

I have used the ****rogirl name on various things for YEARS.  I chose it because I did two Master's theses on ****ro's Latin oratory.  (He was an ancient Roman politician, philosopher, orator, and Consul who wrote some of the most elegant -- and difficult -- Latin EVER.)

IrishNurse stands for my heritage and my career. My 7th Great Grandmother is the famous Mary Ingles Draper. She was Irish and moved to the US in the 1700. She is in many history books and has many books written about her as well as movies. I am proud of my Great Grandmother and my Irish Heritage. I am also proud of my Career as a Hospice Nurse. =)

My name is Heather and I'm a medical speech-language pathologist (I work with adults and specialize in acquired communication disorders with people who have had a stroke, TBI, progressive neurological disease, etc.) and I love what I do - hence the SLP part of my name. 

Since childhood I've had to overcome many things in my life. Not only did I overcome them, I kicked ass while doing so because settling or being complacent just isn't part of my DNA, so several friends over the years have said I am irrepressible : lively, cheerful, and not able to be restrained or controlled. So there ya have it -IrrepressibleSLP. Nice to meet everyone.
