Goodbye 300's!

What a thrill to go through the holidays and not worry about gaining weight.  In fact, I said to my personal trainer last week that I am probably the only client he has that is not worried about gaining weight this season, and he fully agreed.  I went away for thanksgiving with family,  had a little bit of everything that was on the table, minus the turkey (my pouch doesn't like turkey, it gets stuck), they made some fish for me instead, green bean casserole, collard greens, gravy, sweet potatoes, even a little sweet potato pie and came home down 4 pounds!  That loss officially placed me out of the 300's and into the 200's!!! I am 9 weeks post op and almost at the 70 pound mark!!!   I am so excited for this journey and for the rest of the holiday season!  Happy holidays to all the OH's out there!!!  Stay strong, don't deprive yourself, make conscious decisions, chew, chew, chew and we will all do just fine!

That is wonderful to hear, hope you are very proud of yourself. because you sure deserve to  be. You are doing great. I can't wait to be under 300 too :) I look forward to hearing more of your journey :)
