My exercise routine
After procrastinating for 6 weeks, I've finally established a routine that I think I can stick with. The coach at my school told me I should see results with it. I hope he knows what he's talking about.
- I use the weight machines in the school gym for 15 minutes during my free period. I hope to get up to 30, but I'm nowhere near strong enough yet.
- At home, I ride my recumbent bike for 20-30 minutes
- After that, I do a short kettlebell workout for 5-10 minutes.

For 6 weeks out I think you are doing excellent. Just wanted to say be careful of your incisions, they might be small cuts on our belly but a lot of cutting and moving around happened inside your belly. Don't pull a muscle or hurt yourself because you will delay your recovery.
But fantastic job to incorporate that much exercise this early out, way to go!! Great job!!

You might want to get your coach to read this article (http://www.acefitness.org/blogs/images/posts/896/GastricBypa ss.pdf). You really want to be careful that you're not being too aggressive initially.
