My security system went off last night, so I didnt make it to the gym.

So today, I am starting my first week of couch to 5K!

So for me, it is jogging on the treadmill 1 minute and walking two minutes. Repeat 10X.

Then I will follow up the remaining time with the prancing ellipitical.

Enjoy your workouts!

Walking outdoors for 2 miles!

To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

I just returned from the gym - bike for 35 minutes and then swimming. I love being in the pool - I use it like a "treat" for myself - to push myself to work harder on the bike. Otherwise I HATE being in the gym ! Can I say that outloud? LoL.

I did it! I did it!  I walked and jogged in intervals and did 2 miles in 30 minutes!  Then I did an additional 15 minutes on the elliptical!

Good for you! That's great that you met your goal!

I did 2.2 miles in 30 minutes and rode the bike for 20 minutes too. Also did 200 crunches!

The trainer wigged out on me, so I resorted to an hour on the elliptical.

I got on my treadmill and did the cardio set: 5 minute warm up, 20 minutes at 3.5, then 5 minute cool down. It was easier than I thought it would be, so tomorrow I'll extend the length of the middle segment and add some incline.

I am 15 days post-op. I walked for 30 minutes this evening (slowly) and I am wiped out! It will get better. :-)
