Those of you that live near Krogers are so lucky...
Carbmaster Yogurt, Black Forest Cake flavor, is AMAZING. I can't believe there is only 60 calories (9 grams of protein) in that little container of yumminess. I was visiting Ohio this week and stopped at a Kroger and bought a couple to try (because I always read about it on here) and I had to go back and buy 30 more and put them in a cooler to take back home to Miami.
DCgirl, when I was at Krogers the manager told me that if I went to a Kroger "owned" store I could ask them to order the yogurt for me. Krogers owns Harris Teeter in the DC area. Krogers owns Harris Teeter

I live three blocks from Harris Teeter! Thank you!!! I am going to call and request it. Until now I have been surviving on banana cream Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt. It's good but not great on carbs. I love that you packed up 30 to take to Miami! And that is so sweet that you looked up Krogers in my area - seriously, thanks so much! You helped me out with Premier Protein shakes - much cheaper at Costco than on Amazon! Thank you again and have a great weekend :)
I like most of their flavors. They are pretty cheap, too.

Meijer carries the new Light & Fit Greek (80 cal) strawberry cheesecake flavor. I have 12 of them in my fridge at the moment (but at $1.05 each) Yum!!!!!

A few weeks ago Grocery Outlet had the Light & Fit yogurt on sale, I think it was 4 cups of Strawberry Cheesecake and 4 cups of Chocolate Raspberry, or something like that, and it came out to $.50 a cup. I bought like 5 of them but I wish I had gotten more. Every once in a while they will have different flavors for $.50 but not often enough. I love that stuff.

Me, too! I have been having one of the chocolate raspberry ones as a combination dessert/pre-bedtime-protein. I still love the cherry, but the strawberry cheesecake has truly stolen my heart!
