Gastric Polyps

I had my scope yesterday so the surgeon could see how my fundoplication was doing and if he would be able to convert it to the RNY.  The wrap was loose but he also found a lot of polyps in my stomach.  These were not there in August when I had my last scope.  He said they could be from being on a proton pump inhibitor for my GERD for several years but will have to wait for the biopsies to come back to know for sure.  Has anyone else had these show up on their scopes?

I had lots of polyps in my stomach. They were benign and I was okay to have surgery.  My doctor said that they are rarely malignant and that I shouldn't have any trouble in the future.  I felt like losing the weight was more important than worrying about polyps giving me trouble.
