Neither. I'm all about Fage Total 0% and add PB 2 powder. The yogurt alone is 100 calories, 0 fat, 7 carbs and 18 G protein in each 6 oz serving. Add 2 tbs of PB2 for another 45 calories, 1 g fat, 6 g carbs, 3 g sugar and 4 G protein.
