Vitamin D3 Where do you buy ?

Looking to increase I'm taking 5ooo 2x day my nut said only take 5000 1x a day. At month 5 my number was 35. Any ideas, I'm also taking now 9 Citracel Calcium Citrate Petites a day 200 mg per 1 so 1800mg a day does that sound good ? I can finally swallow them.

I got liquid d3 at gnc and a dropper is 5000 iu

35 is still low. I take 10,000 a day. Haven't had my levels checked yet but my level was 17 last summer before surgery. I was very sick. Don't want to ever go through that again. I buy mine at Sunspot foods. A local health food store.

I was taking 10,000 a day for a couple months but my labs still said 35. My nut called and said only take 5000 a day.

If your level is only 35, I would definitely not decrease the amount you take. According to the Linus Pauling Institute, it should be at least 80. Most post ops need at least 10,000 IU a day to keep it there and many need more - I have to take 50,000 IU three times a week.
