I am in love with PB2 and this week it is on sale at Target for $4.39, including the chocolate flavor

Thanks for the info.  PB2 is powdered peanut butter.  You can mix it with water to make peanut butter, I have not done it yet, or you can addit to your protein shakes which I do.  I am sure there are other things you can do with it, but those are the only 2 I know.

I use it in my shakes, yummy.

2 tb has 45 cal and 5 gr protein and only 1.5 gr fat

I use it in my Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

I thnk the fage container is 6oz and I out in 2 tbs pb2. It's delish.
