Not Obese anymore

Stepped on the scale today 172.9 I am now considered overweight and not obese.  What a great feeling.  I can not even remember when the last time I was in the 170's.  I am 12 weeks from surgery today and down 37 lbs. I had lost 35 pre op. So over 70 lbs lost!!

i had been needing some capri's that were not jeans so I went to the thrift store.  Tried on several pairs.  I am just amazed how sizes run.  Some pants I wear 16-18, some don't fit and then I tried on 11-12 sizes and they almost fit.  Crazy.  Anyone else have that problem.  Oh and then there are some of my old 22's I can still wear, that are a little baggy.

Wow, congrats! You are doing great. Yeah, those sizes are like that. It seems to vary by label.

Congrats!!!   Keep up the awesome job!  I can't wait to get there myself!  

My daughter (5'8", 124 lbs) walked into a store wearing size 6, walked out with size 1-2.   Made her day.  And people wonder why women have such a hard time buying clothes.  We can never tell what size we wear.
