A year ago today I quit smoking forever! I can't believe it's been a whole year. I'm so proud of myself! Also today begins my 2 week liquid diet so that I can change my life once again! Great timing! So blessed to come this far! ❤️ positive vibes and prayers needed! RNY 7/17/14 here I come!!!

RNY 7/17/2014!! Decided to stop kidding myself about what I'm really doing with my life. Excited for getting back to me!!

Congratulations! Isn't it great to be free of cigarettes! It is one of the hardest things in the world to do, and YOU DID IT! Now onto the next best decision you have made--RNY! I am two months out and I know you will be very happy. My prayers go before you.
