What's on the menu today RNYers?

Another hot and muggy day here in central Illinois! Lily and I got our 3.47 mile walk in by 7. After lunch I will also ride my stationary bike for 20 minutes for my exercise today. Post op 22.5 months and weight at 120.8 today. Getting ready to go to church this morning when I am the pianist. On track with fluids and vitamins so far. Here's the eats:B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and 1/2 peachwith some peanut butter L leftover Mexican casserole S whole grain crackers with peanut butter D 31/2 oz ground beef patty with cheese and 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt before bed. Busy day planned with housework and bathing the dog in the works. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Oh lets see:

B: Made protein pancakes, small one with BP,  hard boiled egg, 1 bacon slice

L: protein Shake

D: Meatloaf with cauliflower mac n cheese.

S: pop corn or protein bar not sure yet

Vit: already started. dose 2 out of 4 done.

Water: not to much yet but working on it

Exercise: mowing the grass later this afternoon. Its my day off!!!

Your meatloaf sounds yummy! I love meatloaf but my husband hates it so I rarely get to have it. Thanks for posting too. I love getting new menu ideas from others.

Good morning! Well afternoon I guess! I'm currently laying in the sand on a perfect day at Dewey Beach, DE. Heaven! Thought I would post :)

Time since surgery: almost 7 months

b: Chike iced coffee protein drink with water

L: boiled ole bay shrimp and some lobster, a few sweet potato fries. Heavenly meal!!!

D: seafood for dinner too!

E: just did 6 days at re gym this week so today is day off! Will use hotel gym tomorrow. Does walking on sand count? Haha

I think walking on sand counts. Have fun!! I love hotel gyms now because no get to try out different machines than what I have at home. And I'm not self conscious anymore which feels great!
