exercise a month out rny?
Your doctor is best able to determine this based on your progress. At a month I was released to do pretty much any kind of exercise. Right now I swim a few times a week, walk a few miles a day and do weights a few times a week. I would keep walking until you have your 1 month appt so you can ask your doctor what you are allowed to do.
I was cleared to do anything at one month, but honestly, out of all the stuff I have done, walking is what works best for me.
It is relatively cheap (I walk in the neighborhood) and does not require any equipment other than walking shoes. It is easy and helps build your core, your back, your legs, your lungs and also helps keep things toned up.
