Hey everyone how are you all doing? Well after a 2 1/2 month stall the scale finally moved 3 pounds. I have been swimming  and doing water aerobics 3 to  4 days a week  for awhile now. I don't know what I can do to make it move more.  Yes I have lost 69 lbs since my surgery in JAN 2014, and 105 since  a year ago MAY. I was hoping to lose more by now. Oh well if anyone has any suggestions  that would be great. I know  people at my support group say I am being  to hard on myself.. I am getting married in 9 days and I am freaking cause In my mind I am feeling like people  at my wedding who have not seen me in  long time are expecting me to be more small. UGGHH   I know my own issue. Hope you all have a great day!!!

Hon you have lost 105lbs in total that is absolutely awesome.  People are going to be shocked at your wedding because of how beautiful you look not because of how much weight you have lost, of course that will add to it.  Don't stress about it.  Remember your wedding is about you and your new husband an how you both feel.

Congratulations!!!!

Feel fantastic about what you have already lost. Stalls, even long stalls are part of this journey. Just enjoy your wedding and all the celebration that goes with it and don't worry about the scale or what ppl may be thinking or saying. Congrats on both your current success and your upcoming wedding!!

Have you been taking your measurements? It is possible that with your gym schedule you're gaining the same amount of muscle as you're losing in fat.
