Tomorrow is the day!
We are at the Hampton hotel had a nice swim in the pool. The 2 hour drive way a little nerve wracking but I made it without having a full blown panic attack. We went to Panara for dinner they were nice and I was able to get a big bowl of chicken broth it didn't bother me too bad with the family eating but I think my nerves had a lot to do with it plus I got really full so that was a plus :) I took my valium and my pain meds so hopefully I'll be out soon than I will be at the hospital at 6:30 in the morning. They have more anxiety meds ordered for me so hopefully I will not freak out too bad lol. Hubby is dropping me off in the morning than will be back with the kids after I get out of surgery than they will visit for a bit than head home as Wednesday is their 1st day of school. So I will be alone but that's not a bad thing I will Skype with them and be able to rest and heal and concentrate on me even though I will still be worried about them they will be lost without me but I trust they can survive :)
Good luck. I am four days post op. It will all be soo worth it. I was surprised at how easy the surgery was and I had a revision. Not sure my surgeon would agree about how easy as it took longer than he expected because of scar tissue from previous surgery. Anxiety is so normal but you will be fine. Take lots of deep breaths and grab on for the ride. See you on the other side on the losers bench.
Good luck to you!!!!
