delicious lean pork roast

Meijer has a roll of lean pork roast. It is flavored and feeds 3 two to three times. High in protein and very tasty. My boyfriend made it for me last night with fresh veggies and a serving of rice. Just wanted to share. I usually avoid pork since any but it was so lean:)

I like pork.I never really did before.I seem to digest it well.I like to cook it in the crock pot on low and put sugar-free peach preserves on it.

I love pork with applesauce.
