What should I pack for hospital stay?
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes to the hospital. Put your phone in one pocket, and phone charger in the other. That's all you need.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
Lip Balm, your own pillow (in a bright colored pillowcase so you don't forget it when you leave), phone & charger. Wear comfy clothes and shoes in and wear them home. Use the pillow between your tummy and the seatbelt for the ride home. You don't need anything else. I brought my Kindle and never took it out of the bag. My hubby used my phone but I never looked at it.
Nursing staff would appreciate brand new or nearly new undergarments/robe/slippers if you choose to bring those. I pre-made thank you notes to leave for them. I felt well enough to put on makeup the last day there. Stretchy waist pants, button down shirt, slip-on shoes, pillow to hold against your tummy for the ride home.
