What's on your menu today, RNYers?
Good morning all! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm feeling like I forget how to feed myself this morning. I am dropping my calories back to 1200 this morning and was thinking maybe I should them even lower, but I'm looking at my menu and I'm thinking to myself "What did I eat three weeks ago when I was at 1100? How did I survive?!" How quickly we forget. I see a looooow cal weekend in my future though.
I get to have the first wearing of my Halloween costume this afternoon for a Trunk or Treat Event that the town MOMs Club invited me to read stories out. Some days my job is hysterical!
Time since surgery: 7 months
B: L&F Greek Yogurt with sliced almonds and chia seeds
S: Coffee with cream, apple slices and PB
L: Breakstones Cottage Cheese Doubles, Babybel Light, Spicy Pumpkin seeds
S: Almonds and another coffee with cream to keep me going for the Trunk or Treat

Good Morning! I am still having so many problems with this site the past few days. I can't figure out if it is my computer or the site. I haven't been able to update my weight and when I post most of the times it never goes through. Yesterday I had to post three different time for it to work.
Anny, I tried to update my weight the way that you suggested and it still doesn't give me the option to save or enter my weight. The page comes up and when I put my weight in, I don't have the option to submit or save. Is anyone else having this problem?
Exercise today will be at the gym. Elliptical and Aqua Fit class

Hmmm...it looks like they have been doing some site updates, the page looks different to me today, so perhaps a fix is in sight?

Morning all. This new site is crazy! I don't like change! LOL. I had a great scale morning, down 3 lbs since yesterday! Woohoo! I had a fail as well though. My trainer is still sick, I was supposed to get up and go anyways, packed my bag and everything, and I hit the snooze button 3 times. Oh well...spinning on Saturday AM.
Here's my food for today. I'll probably add another snack in somewhere. I'm going to a Pottery and Vino class tonight with one of my girlfriends, so I may have a glass of wine, we'll see.

I've been having a hard time sticking to my plan the last few days. But this morning I got my surgery date! Dec. 17. YEAH! I think this is the motivating kick I need to stay on track today!
