Here they are.....the Holidays. With the challenges of Holiday foods and get-togethers, cold temperatures making it difficult for exercise, along with other stressors, it can be difficult to stay on track.

Offering to bring something you can eat. At one of my support groups the suggestion is one of those Shrimp ****tail Rings. Everyone likes these. I just found something else that works at Costco and I already brought to a party and will bring to future ones as well. It's fresh Mozzarella sticks wrapped in pepperoni, pancetta, and prosciutto. All protein and about 40 calories each. It works.
