WEDNESDAY GRATEFUL POST

Good Wednesday Everyone,

I think at this time of year more than any other we voice our Grateful or Thankfulness to others. After all we ALL should be grateful for all the blessings in our lives every day and not just one day a year. Today I am grateful for God in my life and his mercy that he shows to me everyday. Grateful for my family, friends, health and for the holiday season. Grateful for my WLS. Obesity Help and all the forums. Grateful for support groups....for waking everyday to a new day for better choices and new beginnings. Grateful for my life. Today I am grateful for so many things. For my wls because it has given me my life back. I am motivated to take care of myself and be self-full. Taking care of myself in a loving,compassionate way. I am grateful that I am able to have control over what I choose to put in my body. I can breathe, physically and emotionally now. I am grateful that I am not the same person I was the day I had my wls. I have grown in so many ways this year and I feel blessed to be living my life. Thank you to my family, my friends and my partner for helping me to become my authentic self and to be able to share that with others. Thank you God for giving me this opportunity to have a new life.
