trying to weight again!

i don't know if this is in the right place, but i had the gastric bypass in 2003 around their about's, i was doing good was 295 start and got down to 155, then in 2004 got sent to California  from Alabama my husband couldn't go with me i had a lot of problems and ended up with PTSD , i ended up putting the weight back on weight 273 right now I've been dieting ever since i came back, i took early retirement 2005, so was looking into away to get my pouch smaller again? i have a bmi of 44.6.  ty       all my children have 4 paws
