Tracking question

Hi Carimiller, I am 1 year, 1 month post op and I track everything in MFP. I love it and love how it tells me if I am on track with my protein and carbs etc. I don't know how I would have survived without it, I have used it from Day 1. I also love my Fitbit. Tells me my steps for the day and I log my water intake on the Fitbit App on my iPhone. Two programs I personally feel I can't live without. The MFP is free so try it and if you don't like it its not a biggie you can try something else.
Best of luck on your journey!
