Greek yogurt is my lifesaver this week and NSV

So thankful that I am able to tolorate yogurt. Had my last two wisdom teeth pulled out Monday and the light and fit yogurt has been my go-to meal. As for the NSV-the nurse had to change the blood pressure cuff to the smaller adult one :). Hope everyone is enjoying their evening.

Awww, yes, blood pressure readings used to be time-consuming waiting for the nurse to search the entire clinic floor for what exam room had the big cuff.  Labwork, too...I used to have to come early and sit with a heating pad on my arm, request a veteran vein-finder, then pray s/he would find the buried-in-fat-vein on the first poke.  Here's hoping you had TWO wisdom teeth pulled and not a wisdom tooth on your TOE! ha ha
