10 years post-op question

After numerous years post-op, has anyone else encountered severe dental problems?  Mine came on very quickly,  teeth breaking and for some reason rotting away terribly.  Can this be connected to the wls?

Hi

We are so sorry to hear you are going through this.  Their have been several discussions here on the boards about that subject. We did a search for you (search tool to the left of MY OH) and found several threads you can read. Here is the link:

We hope the posts will help  I am 10 years out myself, but my teeth were so bad already after surgery that was one of the things I had work done on.  So far no problems, fingers crossed.

Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Regards,

Kathy

Get your levels checked. You could be deficient in something.  For  me my teeth weren't great ever, so after surgery and as I got

older I assumed I'd have other dental work to worry about. Do the repairs one at a time and you'll get them all done in no time.

For me it was genetic, not wls related.
