skin feels funny?

So my skin feels , idk, weird, different, I don't know how to describe it but it feels like dry but different texture?  I don't really know how to word it. Is this normal or just me ?

only on my stomach, legs, arms  not my face or anything else.

Your skin sheds millions of dead skin cells everyday.  With rapid weight loss, it can't keep up and you get a funny, usually itchy layer of skin that you need to exfoliate to get it off.  Putting cream or oil on it will make it worse, you need a loofah and good exfoliating soap or body wash.  I like Dove.
