Probiotics !

Probiotics seem to be costing me to much when I buy month at a time, I try to get the 20-30 billion cultures but there are only 30 in bottle and they go fast. Do I need to take every day?

I eat Greek yogurt daily and use Kiefer in my Nutribullet-made protein smoothie so I think I'm covered?  My bariatric WLS post-op supplement guidelines don't list probiotics, does yours?  If so, please share the recommendation details. 

My Nutritionist says since I'm always having gas I need to take it. I told her i can't figure out where I'm getting the gas, I have tried cutting out dairy but still get it. I eat yogurt everyday to.

I buy a chewable one from Vitamin Shoppe... and it is not too expensive.

I do have them but my Nut said not enough cultures, I have the Vitamin chewable probiotic chewables but only has 2 billion cultures and 100 in bottle.
