Pre-op Diet: When does it get better?

I am just finishing up day 9 of my pre-op diet only 5 days left. I really don't recall any headaches with it. I had an issue arise prior to starting this with a pinched nerve in my neck and my left scapula out of place. Been on a few pain pills and doing Chiropractic and Physical therapy (ultrasound treatment) for it. So, maybe this is why I don't have the headaches.
I think everyone has different kinds of pre-op diets also. Mine is 5-6 Medifast products a day with unlimited broth, sugarfree drinks, sugar free popcycles and Jello. Oh, and coffee and tea. Now I am tryng to convert over from reg coffee and tea to decaf. So I am only allowing my first cup of coffee in the morning to be the "real" thing. Not being allowed a creamer in my coffee has helped this.
