Where to find guide on nutritional values (Protein, Fat, Carbohydrates) for common food

I am 9 days post op. Looking forward to pureed stage. Where would you find a book or guide on nutritional values (Protein, Fat, Carbohydrates) for common food.

I mostly rely on myfitnesspal. It has a massive database of food, and you can find what you are looking for by clicking add and searching for what you want. I find that browsing food works best on my smart phone. It does not show the nutrition facts on my computer until after I actually add the food.

I also use myfitnesspal, its the best app I have seen, most inclusive. Just make sure you get your serving sizes correct. 

I use MyFitnessPal and also have the book Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate by Calorie King (calorieking.com)

I use spark people( sparkpeople.com) to track everything I put in my mouth. it has nutritional info on most foods that are available in restaurants indexed by restaurant name, also foods by maker. Very easy to log everything.
