Hi all

I am 16 months and 4 post op. I have hit my goal weight and lost 1 extra.

I never thought I would get here. I thought my goal was set a little bit of reach. My Dr set a goal of 150 I set a goal of 135. What an amazing journey this has been. I can't tell you how important this group has been for me! I don't post often but this is where I come to find support and encouragement
