My DMD gave me a list of places and companies of vitmains that they recommend. I am good on my calcium citrait and Iron supplement but i am wanting suggestions on a good multi that i can take BOTH pre-op and post-op. They said it was ok for me to take a simple walgreens A-Z pre -op BUT i would like to stick with the same thing both pre and post. Any suggestions? I have been reasearching and looking into the Bariatric Advantage Multie EA??

Any pre op recommendations in general would be very appreciated!! Thank you in Advance.

I just use the Centrum generic.  And a lot of folks on here do also.

I"ve used Centrum since the beginning - chewable at first, but now get the generic brand and save a bundle!
