Dizzy today

i searched this topic and found most people say they get dizzy after standing or bending over, I have been perfectly fine no issues and today I am dizzy while just sitting on the couch. It's an odd sensation and it's no worse when I stand up but does not go away. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you getting at least 64 ounce of fluid in daily?  It could be early signs of dehydration.

Are you on blood pressure mediation?  Many of us have to dramatically adjust our meds after surgery.

Are you getting enough sodium in your diet?  Our sodium intake drops off to almost zero after surgery.  Sometimes adding salt to our food will help the dizzy spells.

I am getting my water in probably about 60oz a day I have a 30 oz bottle and drinking 2. It just dawned on me today is the first day I have taken my vitamin D3 pill maybe that is it. I took it before surgery with no issues so I didn't even think about it but I was just sitting here trying to figure out what I did differently today. My vitamin D is on the low end before surgery so I know I need it it's a 5000 much I think.

Vit D itself won't make you dizzy, but sometimes the inactive ingredients in vitamins can cause issues. I took a prenatal vitamin once that caused me to have heart palpitations. Got the whole workup and found nothing wrong, except the palpitations and PACs when I took that vitamin. Weird, but true.

Dehydration is the first thing that comes to mind;  drink more liquids.

My dizziness the first few weeks seemed related to blood pressure.  Here's some other possibilities:  stressors, getting sick, over-doing it, skipping regular eating times, sedentary, dehydration, medications.

Taking D3 won't cause dizziness.

If you're dizzy all the time, it could be an inner ear infection or other issue.  I recently had something called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) that was causing severe dizziness.  It was easily treated in two visits to an audiologist.

My dizziness is apparently due to anemia (low iron).
