A Small Yet Wonderful Victory

My first weigh in for my 90 day pre op. I have lost 11 pounds! My PCP was very pleased and encouraging. She said she thinks I will be very successful post op as she sees my determination. I know I am beginning to feel better again and am able to walk a little farther and do more without the need to rest. I just can't wait until I am on the losers bench too!

Good for you! The time will pass quickly. It will seem like no time trust me. Make sure and keep everyone updated on your progress to garner support and interest in your journey.

Thank you so much Gary V. I will absolutely be here for support and to offer it! I have a wonderful support system at home, but it is different when you are able to connect with someone who is on the same journey, and further down the path that I am beginning to take.
