Now, I know that may not be something that just rolls off the tongues of most of us, but in this case, I couldn't be more happy.  I just called to be sure that my allergy testing and chiropractor appointment would be covered.  Yep 100%.  Then, I took a deep breath and asked how much my WLS and hospitalization would be...100% COVERED!  Are you kidding me?  I am floating on a cloud right now.  I can go into that surgery even more excited because I won't have to sell my first born to pay for this fabulous opportunity to change my life for the better.

oooh, congrats!  That's a huge thing!  I was lucky and only had to do my maximum out of pocket, which ended up being about $6500, but I would have happily gone with free as well.

That's awesome! Mine is 100% but I have a co-pay of $300. BUT since my out-of-pocket has been reached, even the $300 is covered. Mine is Anthem BCBS Cova.

I was happy mine was covered at 100% due to my hubby reaching our yearly Out of pocket of $7500 with all his emergency room visits.

That's great!  I had to pay a $3,000 co-pay.  But then when I had to have my gallbladder out 8 months later I didnt have to pay anything because we had met our deductible with the original surgery!

Wow, I paid $8500 total.  That was $4500 to my doc, and $4000 to the hospital....and I am still thinking I may get another bill from the anesthesiologist...  Ugh.  Though, let me tell you, I don't regret it for a minute! :)

Thanks to my daughter, we meet our deductible by the second week in January. Bless her little heart.
