Need help from you how to slow/stop the weight loss

I realize there are those that want to loose faster but I'm well beyond my "dream goal" and have actively been trying to slow/stop the weight loss.  I have increased my eating (calories, carbs) over the last two months and added a variety of foods unfortunately to no avail because if I'm not loosing pounds I'm loosing inches.  Some foods still make me sick/dump (breads, sugars, milk, cheese, dairy in general) My size 4 pants are loose :(  my skin is getting more wrinkly with each passing day.  I must admit I do look sick.  I NEED AN INTERVENTION!!! LOL I just need some advice.

Hmm. I'm stumped.

I'very seen a lot of people over time with the same concern. Every last one that started increasing calories and carbs ended up gaining and regretting it.

Part of this journey is spending a year where you look too skinny.  Your body will recover from the surgery sometime after eighteen months.  Recovery is called rebound and you will quickly gain back ten, twenty or thirty pounds.

The theory is that the cilia (hairlike appendages that grab food and hold it against the intestines) will increase and become stronger.  Right now the cilia are not able to do their job.  Many were removed during surgery and it takes time for them to grow back.  Your food is not being absorbed properly.

I got down to size 0 jeans for a while.  After regain I am very comfortable in my size 4's.

Many people look too skinny during year two.  It is almost impossible to find someone who is too skinny after year three.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends

Thank you for that.  I was wondering about this issue myself. I am really happy with my current weight but didn't want to try to stop losing unless I got underweight by BMI scale since I heard there was a rebound gain in my future.  Your explanation is very helpful.

Thanks!

How tall are you, how much do you weigh?  You just may not be used to a normal weight looks like.  Generally, 100 pounds for 5 feet tall + 5 pounds for every inch over that.

Eat reasonably and stay at a size 4 - even if they get baggy in the rear (I am there also) and discover where your body really wants to be.  Check in with your doctor if you feel you are emaciated.  Have your labs checked just to make sure everything is OK.

I am 4' 10 3/4 inches. I currently weigh 101 - 102. I am going down as far a s I can because of the bounce back. I DO look on the skinny side but I know when I stop losing my face will fill out a little more. I can lose about 8 or 10 more lbs before I am considered underweight. My 1's are too big and have a few 0's but am not going to invest too much in the 0's. I believe that I will fill out a little when I am able to add more weights to my workouts. Plus I run a LOT! lol!
